My name is Keely Bishop and I am an elementary educator residing in Lockhart, TX. I spent the first 21 years of my life in Lubbock before living in the mountains of Wyoming and Colorado for 12 years. I moved back to the great state of Texas 6 years ago and love embroidering in my spare time.

I am a self taught, third generation hand embroidery artist. While I never got to stitch with them, my great grandmother and grandmother on both sides were needlework artists. It’s a special way to feel connected to them as I have been improving my craft over the last 6 years. I love how slow and therapeutic hand stitching is and enjoy sharing my pieces and patterns with others.

Like a good brisket, hand embroidery is a slow process. Each of my projects can take anywhere from a few hours to days to stitch. Items are priced to reflect the materials and time spent hand stitching each piece of art. Due to the one of a kind nature and lengthy time of this art form, all sales are final.
